Dear Birch Meadow -Parents, Guardians, and Caregivers,

On behalf of the staff at Birch Meadow Elementary School, I am excited to welcome you to the 2023-2024 school year! We are looking forward to forging a powerful and robust partnership with you to ensure that the children of Reading achieve their highest potential. We know a strong partnership with you will have a positive impact on your child’s education. As partners, we share the responsibility for our student’s success, and we ask that you assist us by ensuring that you:

1) Bring your student to school daily and on time

2) Read and stay up to date with communication from the classroom teacher

3) Reach out with any questions or concerns

4) Consider connecting with our PTO to see how you can volunteer at the school.

If you have any questions about the start of the year, please feel free to contact me or to discuss them with your student’s teacher.  The Birch Meadow faculty and I feel privileged to be a part of the Reading Public School family.  We thank you for your support and look forward to a great year!
